Shipping & Delivery Policy

At FoodPe (J29 F&B Consultancy LLP), we provide digital SaaS services including WhatsApp chatbot setup, dashboard access, and related technology integrations.

  • Mode of Delivery:
    All our services are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is involved.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Account setup, chatbot integration, and access credentials are typically activated within 4–5 business days after receipt of payment and required onboarding documents (Restaurant Details, FSSAI, etc.).
    • In case of delays due to third-party approvals (such as Meta API), the setup period may extend. Subscription charges will still apply as per the agreement.
  • Service Access:
    You will receive all necessary login details, chatbot activations, and support documentation via email and WhatsApp registered at the time of onboarding.
  • Status & Support:
    You may contact our support team anytime at contact@food-pe.com or call us at +91-8700801631 for updates on your onboarding or service activation.
  • Exceptions:
    FoodPe is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, pending approvals, or non-compliance with mandatory requirements (e.g., WhatsApp Business Manager access, documents).
